A city known throughout the world, thanks to the love story of Romeo and Juliet, Shakespare's opera, but Verona is much more.
Strolling through the historic centre where one breathes in history and is moved by watching and experiencing it, such as the Arena of Verona, which hosts the opera season every year, or the Roman Theatre, where the plays are at their best during the summer season. Walking along its streets you can stop in one of the many wine bar, where you can enjoy good wine and food while entertaining your guests for a characteristic welcome party. If this is the city you have chosen for your non - ordinary wedding or event, you can easily move on foot and plan it in the historic city centre. The city's panoramic terraces are very beautiful, where you can organise a relaxing aperitif as an after-ceremony or for a Wow effect proposal. The surrounding hills can also offer fine accommodation with a view over the entire city. USUFUL TIPS: Like all historical cities, it is frequented by many tourists, so I advise you to consider carefully, the number of your guests, so that you do not find yourself having to move through the streets of Verona, a large number of guests, with the risk of losing them on the way. I 'strongly' advise against the summer months, if you are going to plan a wedding in the central hours of the day. Verona is also well served and strategically located, so it is very nice to plan your honeymoon in Venice, which is easily reached by train. |
It is world famous for its wines, but this land has much to offer.
The Valpolicella territory is very extensive and capable of offering breathtaking and unique view. In addition to the naturalistic aspect there are numerous wineries and historic residences capable of hosting and events or weddings offering a unique experience. Valpolicella is beautiful to live in and visit in all seasons, therefore a perfect setting for a Non- ordinary wedding and event in the sign of nature. USUFUL TIPS: highly recommended for those who love good wine and good food, but also for those who enjoy the outdoors in contact with nature. Recommended for those who, in their imagination, want a long table, with friends and family, under a vineyard to the song of crickets for their wedding or event. The harvest period starts around mid-August until early October. |
Lake Garda or Benaco is the largest lake in Italy and is the hinge between three regions: Lombardy, Veneto and Trentino. It is a tourist destination for many months of the year and also very popular as a place to organise and plan weddings and events, in my case, NON ORDINARY. As a wedding planner, I am constantly searching for alternative and exclusive solutions to avoid proposing overused situations. This is to make the most of the relaxation and colours of its banks, full of charm that create a romantic and evocative setting for weddings and outdoor events. Moving to the surrounding hills, one can enjoy breathtaking views from the terraces of exclusive structures in these areas. To get to the location it is very suggestive to use boats, which are easily rented at a moment's notice and should only be considered for small groups. HELPFUL TIPS: When planning a wedding or event on Lake Garda, it is very important to take into account the seasonality and the relative traffic, so as not to incur unpleasant mishaps due to the numerous vehicles passing through on the only road that can be used. |
