Wedding Day Coordination

Wedding day without any issues?

This service is for people who have already organized everything, but who do not want issues to hinder their special day. Here is where I come in: I will take charge and provide this type of service after having reviewed the suppliers you have chosen.

Approximately one month before the day of the event there will be a meeting where you will notify me of all the details of the event, and what needs to be coordinated on that day.

I will create a detailed timeline which will be followed closely by myself, my staff and the other suppliers who will work to create the event.

I will be the point of call-in case of any issues during the wedding day and the day after, in order to free you and your guests from any stress.

This service is designed for people who don’t know where to begin and who need the support and creativity from an expert in this field.

Thomas as graphic designer and I as wedding planner will create the bases of your wedding project, breaking away from the classic framework.

We will cover the topics of color and style, paying attention to detail, in search of originality and functionality, but without neglecting beauty.

The conception and realisation of the stationary will be conducted by Thomas,
who will support you in the realisation of a truly customised
tailor-made graphic and stylistic part of your wedding....

Helping you choose the type of paper, fonts and colors which match the style of your Wedding.

For the romantics and the lovers of handwriting, we collaborate with professional calligraphers.

On request for some elements of your stationery, I provide an additional service: the delivery and arrangement of the printed material at the ceremony and at the reception.

The right service for the right gift!

Giving a gift to your guests is a gesture of courtesy and gratitude for their presence and closeness on your wedding day.

As Wedding Planner pay particular attention to researching the perfect object and its packaging, to ensure that it is a choice which comes from the heart, and therefore not ordinary.

Even the choice of your wedding favors will therefore be an emotional experience that will also bear, in a sense, your signature.

This may be, for example, a white porcelain object painted by hand with your design, a room scent created by you, a particular wine from Valpolicella, oils Valpolicella or Lake Garda of artisanal production of which we will know the production techniques and flavors, etc..

THE “ROYAL” SUGARED ALMOND
Naturally everything will be accompanied by the delicious sugared almonds confetti made by “Pelino”, the official supplier of the Royal English and Qatari House.

Even the sugared almond has its symbolism and meaning.

The odd numbers bring with them a positive charge, therefore:

5 sugared almonds represent a wish for health, fertility, long life, happiness and wealth;
3 sugared almonds symbolize the couple and the first child, therefore they are a symbol of fertility and wish of indissolubility for the marriage;
1 sugared almond represents, according to some traditions, the indissolubility of the couple that, after the marriage, becomes a whole or, according to other customs, refers to the uniqueness of the event.
